This page is the changelog you’re reading now. Every meaningful change to the site — a new section, a rebuild, a performance pass, a published essay — gets an entry here, newest first.
The goal is a low-ceremony record. Each entry is a title, a one-line summary, a date, and a few tags; the write-up below is only as long as the change deserves. It’s a curated selection drawn from the fuller engineering log kept in the repo, edited down to the parts worth reading.
Why bother
Most personal sites quietly accrete changes no one sees. A public log makes the work legible — to me, six months from now, and to anyone curious how the thing is put together.
It also keeps me honest about shipping cadence: gaps in the timeline are as informative as the entries themselves.
What counts as an entry
Launches and features are obvious. Infrastructure and experiments make the cut when they change how the site behaves. Typo fixes do not.
Each entry carries a significance — major, minor, or patch — and a type — launch, feature, content, infra, or experiment. The significance dot and the type pill are the two signals that let you scan the ledger at a glance without opening anything.
